Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Cleaning Company.

General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply press “Book Now” button to  schedule your cleaning session, and as you provide information about your house and timetable, your quote will automatically generate.

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?

No, you are only billed based on the amount of time your cleaning assistants were actually at your home performing the job. If they finish early, you are not charged the full amount quoted. As well, if they need a time extension, they will inform first and wait for your confirmation.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Professional cleaning materials are available at a fee of only 10 AED/hour.

Items included:

-vacuums

-mops (we always recommend having your own)

-buckets

-chemicals

-cleaning clothes

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Kindly get in touch with our office right away, and we will make the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Can I get the same day booking?

We do not guarantee same-day bookings, but depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning session?

It is entirely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, kindly let us know how to access your premises by adding the information in your customer dashboard or directly call our customer support.

Is there a minimum number of hours per session?

Yes, there is a minimum of 2 hours and 4 hours, depending on your area.

Is there a contract or agreements to be signed?

While we do offer contract-based services, signing a contract is entirely up to you. However kindly note that if you DO NOT  sign a contract with us you have to pay after each visit, comparing with if you DO sign a contract with us, we will send you an invoice at the end of the month.

Do you have any promotions?

Yes, we do run different promotions and tailor special packages within your budget/requirements. You may give us a call to ask about the latest updates.

How much do you charge per hour?

Our rates range from AED 30 to AED 65 per hour depending on the location, the number of hours and the equipment and cleaning materials required.

How do I pay?

You have three options: Paying cash to the crew member, paying via bank transfer or cheque. For the last two options, has to exist a contract between the two parties.

Are your cleaning assistants screened?

Absolutely. The cleaning assistants go through a screening process that includes a background check, reference check, and in-person interview. We also require significant experience in residential and hotel cleaning to work with us.

What is the cancellation policy?

To maintain efficiency and in consideration to our employees’ schedule, we require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you need to cancel /reschedule a cleaning session for any reason, simply call or email us at 800LOLA/contact@mamalola.ae.
