Take Online reviews
Happy people tend not to go on these websites and put up reviews. They might be satisfied, but they won`t take the time to show thumbs up to that company. But upset people they have a voice and need to be heard. Furious people they just go online, they want to make known their experience, and sometimes they legitimately wish to ruin the company`s reputation. So be mindful, when you are looking at a company`s review, if they have a pretty decent score, but a few bad apples are quite reasonable. But if a company has all bad reviews, that`s a red flag. On the other side, if a company has all perfect reviews, that is just not realistic and should raise a question mark.
Insurance and Worker`s Compensation
When you decide on a company, make sure that they provide workers compensation. That means if someone gets injured at your home, this type of insurance will take over and will cover whatever the expenses are.
