Our standard cleaning services include the following:
- From the beginning, our customer service representative will be assisting you with your cleaning scheduling and any other queries you may have along the way.
- The same cleaning assistant will be used for each visit (if instructed so).
- You may request a new cleaning assistant at any time.
- If your preferred cleaning assistant is ill or will be on vacation, you will be notified and provided with the best replacement until their return.
- Our staff will be punctual and reliable.
- If for any reason you want to freeze our services at any time, you are free to do so without any extra charges.
- Our cleaning assistants will be provided with their own transportation.
