- You may request a new cleaning assistant at any time.
- If your preferred cleaning assistant is ill or will be on vacation, you will be notified and provided with the best replacement until their return.
- Our staff will be punctual and reliable.
- If for any reason you want to freeze our services at any time, you are free to do so without any extra charges.
